A quarterly targeted direct mail piece for our Roomes department store. Using stylish fashion and home imagery, the mailer consists of either a 4 or 6 page design highlighting seasonal offers, competitions and events. Aimed at the affluent customer base, the mailer has proved to be a successful marketing tool that continues to get great results for the retailer. The inclusion of a money off voucher and fillable form increases footfall in store as well as an ever growing customer database.
The printed version is backed up with an online email version that has a particularly high open rate of over 30%.
